Your day begins in Marrakech, where you'll meet your chef and fellow participants. Together, you’ll head to a lively local souk to source the fresh ingredients needed for the day’s menu. As you browse the stalls, your chef will introduce you to the spices, herbs, and produce that form the backbone of Moroccan cuisine.
Cooking Workshop
Return to the cooking venue, typically a traditional riad or countryside kitchen, where the cooking session begins. After a brief overview of the menu, you’ll dive into hands-on preparation—chopping, mixing, seasoning, and cooking alongside your chef.
