The Marrakech to Fes desert 3 days tour begins with pick up from your hotel or the airport in Marrakech. Then, proceed on to the High Atlas Mountains and the gorge that is created by the Tizi-N-Tichka pass. There shall be some stops to capture and view some of the most beautiful sceneries in the world . Then we proceed to visit the spectacular Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou & visit other places on our way. A cultural site belonging to the category of a World Heritage Centre which is a fortified village. Furthermore, the Kasbah has appeared in more many movies including : Gladiator, Alexander, The Mummy and so on. As well as TV series such as Game Of Thrones. Then we advance to The gate of the desert” which is in Ouarzazate. Depending on the hour we are free for lunch then off to the Rose valley passing through the large palm grove Skoura. Last but not the least we move to; Boumalne Dades for an overnight
In the morning, after breakfast, proceed to the Dades valley; we make a photo stop on thetop of the hill with the view on the Dades Gorges and the valley. Then we go to Todra Gorges, the course of Todra river has eroded a large gorge through the mountains –It creates a high red cliff-sided canyon. You are welcome to walk around the gorges to see the stunning views of the scenery. Subsequently, we pass the zone of the palm trees of Touroug and the oasis of Tinjdad. Time to have lunch can be arrange during the journey. In the afternoon, we get to the Saharan village of Merzouga, considered as the centre of the Sahara. Where you change camels and crossing the sandy desert. Sure it will be arranged for you to have a break and enjoy the beautiful sunset on top of a sand dune. Following, transfer to the desert luxury camp and enjoy the show as the Berber drums music is provided and you dance around the fire, under sky full of stars. This will be the last day of your 3 days Marrakech to Fes desert tour. Start your day and spend some time watching the sun rise in the middle of the desert. Then you have free time for breakfast and then you return to Merzouga on camels where the driver will be waiting. We then proceed to the desert to go to Rissani town, the former capital of Tafilalet region. Rissani is still one of the biggest trading centers in the region with a large souk that becomes active on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. We then proceed to Erfoud and tour one of the workshops that deals with the production of fossilized marble Next we drive along the Ziz river and make a stop to view the Ziz valley. Lunch break in Midelt due to the availability of time. Then we proceed to cedars forest to see the Barbary Macaques. You may feed them as long as you are exploring the forest. The next stop is Ifrane; it has winter, snow and houses that resemble the Swiss alpine style – No wonder it is called the Switzerland of Morocco.
